Shipping Policy
We deliver to all 7 Emirates. Delivery is done 7 days a week between 9 am - 6 pm. Currently, we do not offer the option to choose a delivery time slot/day. We will attempt to deliver twice to your location. If both attempts fail and the customer still wants the order, the customer will have to pay the item return charge and resending charge. In this case, the order would have to be prepaid. There is a shipping charge irrespective of order value/delivery location. Whether you are in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, or another Emirate, this is the standard shipping fee. If you have chosen cash on delivery as a payment option, please keep exact cash ready as our drivers don't carry much cash. No Payment means No Delivery.
