Return & Refund Policy

At ONNCE, we strive to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return eligible items under the following terms:

General Conditions

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals included.
  • We offer refunds as Store Credits equal to the amount of the purchased item in case of returns. Our team must verify and approve the return order within 7 days of the purchase to release store credits. 
  • Store credits may be redeemed within 1 year of the order date.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be replaced or exchanged:

  • Opened or used skincare, makeup, or personal care products unless defective.
  • Items purchased during a sale.
  • Custom or special-order products.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us at hello@onnce.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement after verifying the issue.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at hello@onnce.com with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
  3. Please note that ONNCE doesn't offer refunds, but gives Store Credits equal to the amount of the purchased item. Store credits may be redeemed within 1 year of the order date. 
  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
