Cancellation Conditions

  • Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible, and you may need to initiate a return or exchange instead (in line with our Return and Exchange Policies). Please note that ONNCE offers any kind of returns/refunds in the form of Store Credits.

How to Cancel an Order

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at hello@onnce.com with your order details, including your order number and reason for cancellation.
  • Our team will review your request and confirm whether the cancellation is possible.
