At ONNCE, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer an exchange option under the following terms:

General Conditions for Exchanges

  • Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and manuals.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Opened or used skincare, makeup, or personal care products (unless defective).
  • Items purchased during a sale.
  • Custom or special-order products.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us at hello@onnce.com within 48 hours of delivery. Once the issue is verified, we will arrange for a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact our support team at hello@onnce.com with your order details and the reason for the exchange.
  2. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the product back to us.
  3. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanges, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.

Important Notes

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, you may opt for store credit.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
